Do you charge for a consultation?
Preliminary consultations for new projects are complimentary. Troubleshooting, design, and/or long distance travel will incur charges.
I want some equipment upgrades on my existing aquarium. Can this be done via email?
Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available via email. We regularly ship across state lines and overseas, so getting the upgrades to you is no problem.
I want some an aquarium, but I'm in another state. Can you travel?
Absolutely. We have projects in many different locations at any given time. We're happy to travel and are well equipped to handle remote installations.
